I apologise, sometimes I get pissed. I think you are all good, kind hearted people. The world grows cold and mean :(

the Rwanda Genocide proves people kill people even without firearms. Disarm this, disarm that, but who will disarm the darkness in our own hearts?

If you want to get to heaven
Over on the other shore
Stay out of the way of the long-tongue liar
Oh good shepherd
Feed my sheep
If you want to get to heaven
Over on the other shore
Stay out of the way of the gun shot devil
Oh good shepherd
Feed my sheep

"the Rwanda Genocide proves people kill people even without firearms"

CC, you don't have to leave these United States for proof of that. I normally do not buy into the propaganda of the "right wing whackadoodle" Victoria Jackson types, but as they say, "Sometimes you get shown the light in the strangest of places."

"Timothy McVeigh didn't use a gun. He killed 168 people, killed 19 children under age 6, injured over 680 innocent people. You can still buy fertilizer. You can still buy racing fuel. You can still rent box trucks. Murderers will murder with or without a gun. Guns are not the problem."

It is now much harder to assemble the kinds of things that McVeigh used to build that bomb. That's a fact.
